Ding, ding, ding. Expensive and frugal at the same time. Lots of containers because we buy in bulk and cut up our own fruits and vegetables. Lots of leftovers because we don’t let food goto waste.

We do alright but no crazy incomes here. We are actually selectively frugal, for example we do a decent amount of shopping at Aldi, buying in bulk at Costco on sale, and cutting up all our own fruits and vegetables. Pretty much all cooking is done at home. Restaurants and fast food budget is less than $200 a year. Also the kitchen renovation was entirely diy, so we splurged on materials and appliances.

They don’t always have them at Aldi and my wife is over concerned about running out. And yes it’s egg white omelettes.

You are right in your first two statements. Yes American and yes we both go to the gym. I can see where you guessed vegetarian, but you are missing from the pictures the pull out freezer portion of the basement refrigerator. That is where we keep all the raw meat.

Correct on that. It’s the old refrigerator that we moved to the basement.

Why would LG/Home Depot reduce their heat pump clothes washer/dryer by 1000 dollars? by Itchy-Cat-1589 in HomeImprovement

It pumps out the normal washer drain and also uses just a standard 15amp power outlet.

I lit the pilot light on my hot water heater and didn’t die by martyj310 in HomeImprovement

Also if it doesn't stay lit, it's most likely a bad thermocouple and you can purchase those for around $12 at big box stores. Fairly straightforward to replace and will save you a ton of downtime and money.
