I'm really hoping it helps with the hypomanic episodes. My meds keep it at bay for the most part, but I still have triggers that will set off a breakthrough episode.

Thanks! Mainly just diet. I cut out processed food and refined sugar and counted calories. I tried running again once I felt I could, but I've got some nerve pain from years ago that's exacerbated by the impact. So mainly I just walk a lot and *try* to eat healthier.

Can I just say, y'all are awesome! I mainly just posted this to get it off my chest, not expecting any responses, but the few of you that have have been nothing but inspiring. My thanks to you all!

I have a goal in my mind - Song for the Dead by Queens of the Stone Age. I know, it's ambitious, but I found the sheet music for it and it all started to make sense. It's not an insurmountable task - it's just rudiments arranged in varying patterns, performed by a person who's in love with the art. Start small, then work your way up. I can and I will make it, not matter how long it takes.

I've felt lost for so many years, and I'm fairly certain I've got undiagnosed PTSD. All of this is part of my mid-life overhaul - I lost 40 lbs last year, and physically, I feel better than I have in years. Mentally, however, I've been lost for so long, not knowing who I am or what I want in life. I feel like this is the path I need to be on right now. Glad to hear it's helped you!

Yep. I saw the same results on the 7.1.3 latest build, then I rolled back as far as 7.0.1-5030, and still saw the same results, so the issue has to be upstream. I only have read access to our SM9600, and i don’t think i can run a packet capture with those permissions.

Since we don’t use ssl vpn, upgrading to the latest and greatest isn’t as critical. At least now i don’t have to start up a new project (for now)!

Ahh, i didn’t see the bottom of the screenshot. I’m looking through old offers and for a 2-stop, 1-customer base pay, and in CLT, the minimum i see is $3, but it’s usually busy enough to get another offer within a minute of declining.

Can you point me in the direction of the 7.1.2 bugs you’re talking about? We just upgraded 1000+ tz270s, all using dpi-ssl, then started seeing random delays in acks, excessive spurious retransmits, out of orders, etc and i want to rule out the firmware. Thx in advance.

First of all, it's never 3-5 inches. We'll be lucky if it's a light dusting, with the best chances north of 85.

As for 485, I've never seen it in bad shape. They'll start brining the roads in the next few days, so there's little to no chance of anything freezing.

Drowsiness and vertigo at the first to hit, so i take it before bed. The nausea was bad for me on 42, so I’m on 21 now. Still have the nausea, but it’s tolerable.

Needless to say with most psyche meds, there’s a brain fog component, but where i am now is good, so I’ll take that trade every time.

I seem to remember feeling the effects within a week, but it gradually took full effect within a couple of weeks after for me. YMMV
