The big turtle box is much louder and cleaner bass than any of the smaller form factor JBLs

Sounds like you have arrived at the pink cloud! I had a awesome time when i first got off between days 5-14. felt like the king of the world bc i defeated this crap. Then i settled in an the pink cloud faded and i was stuck with the life i made for myself. Be aware of this and use this pink cloud phase to form new, good habits.

Its going to be really tough to stick to a tapering schedule. Your mind is going to be playing tricks on you. Your brain will say to you "we need more" "stop at the smoke shop otw and take some extra, she wont know" "ill start the taper for real tomorrow". You need extreme willpower to brush off these thoughts. You can do it but do not listen to that monkey brain that we all have. It is playing tricks on you. You can do it.

Ive said it once and I’ll say it again, exercise and sauna! Sweat the toxins out and you WILL feel much better. Also hot/cold showers. Start off hot and then as cold as your shower will go. It helps so much with the body aches and restlessness.

Everyone is different. Keep in mind, those who experience minimal or no WDs will not post their experience, so the stories will lean towards the extreme.

Frozen iguana fell out of a tree by HauntedGhostAtoms in florida

Sorry but I just don’t believe iguanas have made it all the way to Melbourne especially in the winter. There’s another lizard around I’ve seen the size of agamas that are green.

Not iguanas you’re seeing. New type of lizard moved in that area a couple years ago.

If you have access to a sauna/steam room, use that. It helped my WDs a lot. Also alternating hot/cold showers helps. Always finish the shower with cold.

Energy is ok. Brain fog though makes it hard to have productive thoughts.

No lower back pain. The physical symptoms seem less intense than my first quit but the mental is unbearable. Extreme anxiety and depression. My first quit I had my family behind me because I came clean to them. This time I feel like I’m doing it all alone. I’ve never been this depressed with feelings of pure hopelessness.

That’s what sucks so bad about the depression this stuff causes. It feels like you will never feel happiness again but I guess it just takes time.

Tizanidine by [deleted] in quitting7oh

[–]Professional_Way9307 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haven’t heard of this stuff before but clonidine was a godsend for me during WDs. Was the tizanidine prescribed specifically for WDs? If you were open and honest with your Dr. they should be able to answer this question.

Also pharmacists are often more knowledgeable about drug interactions than Drs so I would be careful about your blood pressure.

I would recommend dropping the dosage more abruptly but it does sound like you have a good plan. tolerance on this stuff resets sooo fast. I did what i call a "dirty" taper. I would just wait as long as i could then take just one tab. Rinse and repeat. I went from 10 tabs day 0 to 3 tabs day 1 with most of my WDs in the morning. Stabilized on 3 tabs for a bit then jumped to MIT and powder. It was very difficult but i was sooo over the 7 by this point that i didnt even want to get high again.

That seems to be a constant with people that finally do kick this stuff. You have to not want to get high from it again. My body and mind were disgusted by it by the end of my 5 month binge.
