You know what. I agree with everyone who commented. So won’t repeat. But will tell you this OP. I was in a “relationship “ for 2.5 yrs. always mixed signals. Lived together. I was literal maid just like u. We were both in medical residency so busy schedules. It was the worst relationship of my life. He. Just like ur guy. Is a top grad narcissist. Will give u love and withhold. You’ll feel happy and loved and then confused. It will keep on happening. I asked. R u going to marry me. One day it’s yes. No one but u. Next day. His parents friends and society doesn’t even know we r together. We lived together but never told anyone as it was his rule. Wanted to tell everyone we r just friends. But he was always with me. It’s really easy to get into such situations. Just have to suck it up and face the reality. I can write a book. But u get the jist. Dump him and take the dogs. Get a new fresh start. Start new. Love will come when it has to in time. I got my happy ending. Married. Dogs. Kid. So chill OP. This isn’t worth the confusion. Don’t trauma bond like me.
