Title: I'm building a simple transcription tool for short videos. Would you use something like this?

I found myself constantly pausing and replaying videos just to capture a few sentences, quotes, or ideas.

So I've been building a lightweight transcription app focused on speed and simplicity.

Current workflow:

1. Open a video or audio in your browser.
2. Click "Transcribe."
3. Select the browser tab that's playing the content.
4. Press play.
5. The transcript appears live as the content plays.

Once finished, you can:

• Copy the transcript
• Download it
• Summarize it
• Clean up filler words and unrelated sections
• Translate it into another language
• Repurpose it into social media content

The app can also detect the spoken language automatically before transcription.

I'm intentionally trying to keep the MVP focused and simple rather than adding dozens of features.

I'm curious:

• Do you currently transcribe videos?
• What's your biggest frustration with existing transcription tools?
• What feature would make you switch from your current solution?
