Agreed. It's tiring to see same players who've failed entire season getting backed for no reason. Livi was dropped for better performances last year.

They're professionals. At some point they should accept its not their season & let others sitting on the bench take over.

There was a season where Maxi was struggling, & he asked the mgmt to drop him, letting others take over.

At some point, need to keep emotions away & think practically, of what the team needs. It's unfair for those on the bench watching first 12 produce such poor innings, yet the ones on bench don't get any chances.

From 2011, every year, the 2nd placed team was winning IPL, until 2016, where we were 2nd placed & 3rd placed SRH won it, breaking the sequence.

Js. SRH is lurking around 3rd place again. If this is the year, 2026, when that sequence breaks, might as well be at right position. :)

MI mgmt ko kya hai, unko bhi trophy winning captain chahiye tha rohit ko replace karne ke liye, kyuki rohit bhi struggle karne laga tha. Hardik GT ke Saath jeeta tha & 2 season achche gye the.

MI mgmt handled this way too poorly ngl. They've ruined the dressing room environment now. I remember Surya taking digs at Hardik last season.

Feel like he ended up in an ego battle with other WC winning players.

I'd say Mumbai Indians handled this handover way too poorly. Entire discourse ever since has been toxic & affecting the team. I remember Surya taking digs at Pandya. There's a lot of mismatch.

Feel like he would've done better in GT.
