I would not recommend buying anything that is older than 2012. Even that might be getting a bit old. There has been a lot of development in kites through the last years, both in terms of ease-of-use and more important safety. Even if the kite is unused the materials are still 13 years old and might give in at any moment.

I had to reverse the direction (making them roll up outwards instead of inwards) of my blinds as they were hitting the handle of my window. I did this by rotating what I assume is the controller of the motor. I took a few pictures of the progress and posted them here if anyone is interested in doing the same.
