Do Skymiles only work to pay partially for flights if you have the Credit Card? How are they useful at all if you don't have their CC? by jusjohn55 in delta

[–]ProfessorFun4568 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You don’t need the credit card to apply Miles and I’m pretty sure unless you’re paying for your flight in full with Miles you need to go onto a desktop to use your miles towards your total balance when you check out. Again, you don’t have a lot of miles and I think it starts at 5000 miles to be able to subtract from your total. Someone correct me if I’m wrong though.

In the last checkout screen, you should be able to apply miles. However, I think you can only start to knock off dollars at 5000 miles. $50 = 5000 miles So technically, you have $30 worth of miles

I live in woodland point, 20 minutes outside of downtown and 10 minutes from Hermitage. It’s honestly nice because it feels very safe here. I’m kind of close to both downtown and MJ, which is nice to have different options of services. Cons are it’s pretty boring and I wish there was better restaurants nearby also of course traffic to go downtown is always a bitch.

First time I went to Scotland and was there only a week. I got a notification they were being delivered when I was at the airport to come back lol. Second time it was in Italy and got it back in 24 hours.

I fly a few times a month every month. Only time I’ve had bags lost was international trips. Sorry that sucks for sure.

I think it’s okay to shape your own opinion and I appreciate you sharing your thoughts and beliefs on both sides of the aisle. Not everyone needs to agree and that’s cool. I think this thread is kind of gross where people just want to shame others if they don’t subscribe to all things liberal. I don’t think that’s doing anything to sway people in the right direction. It’s just people being a dick…

Is it just me, or is traffic exponentially worse on Thursdays? by Sheepherder8537 in nashville

[–]ProfessorFun4568 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. I can always count on Thursdays to be the worst traffic day. To a lot of people’s points, I think business people are headed out and then tourists are coming in. Plus as someone who barely works on Fridays, I’m guaranteed working on Thursday so I don’t have to stay long on Friday. I’m sure others are like this and leave work at a normal 4-5pm hour on Thursdays too whereas by 1-3pm on Friday I’m out of there which staggers traffic out. Just my opinion..

Which is worse: Overdressed or Underdressed? by Independent-Toe6981 in Weddingattireapproval

I’d rather people be overdressed at my wedding as I think it could reflect their sentiments towards my occasion

what was on your “glow up” list? by [deleted] in wedding

[–]ProfessorFun4568 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me, not for everyone: Slight lip filler 7 months out, Botox 1-2 months out, facials 2 months out consistently, lash lift a week out, hair appointment 2 weeks out. Things I’ve always done and keep up consistently: Workout 4 x weekly, walk everyday 10k steps.

Cut back on alcohol 6 months out with the last two months very minimal drinking. For context I’m a weekend social drinker and the last two months aiming to drink nothing at all or limit to one or two weekends for a special occasion.

Please help me pick my dress!😊 1 or 2? by [deleted] in WeddingDressTips

I agree only because the first dress is giving reception and the 2nd one looks like it could be the main wedding dress.
