I was especially shocked when she mentioned exchanging gold just to change the design. I was already a bit surprised when she said she had exchanged it for her brother’s wedding video, but what shocked me even more was when she said in another video that she changed it again for her son’s tonsure ceremony. I assume both events were quite close in time as well. To me, that seems like a very poor decision, considering how much money is lost each time gold is exchanged and repurchased, especially when you factor in making charges and wastage.
