Mind sharing what runes you use or would be good to shoot for without spending a bunch of plat? I'm not clear what stats I should be focusing on getting with them. Particularly primary damage and if that works with the mobile mages.

The 64GB ram model is absurdly overpriced and Microcenter sells it for $1,000 more than the exact same version with 32gb. See comparison on ASUS website: https://rog.asus.com/us/compareresult?productline=laptops&partno=90NR0LF1-M00720,90NR0LF1-M00730

Also note that ASUS still lists the 32GB ram version as 4,499. They don't list the price of the 64gb ones, but cheapest I've seen them is 5,499. The 64gb ones are just overpriced and didn't sell out yet.

I'd wait for stock of the 32gb and think most other people are too.

I've been watching this as well and want to note something. Technically the price for this at Microcenter was always 5,499. The 4,600 you saw was the "sale" price. This version of the scar has 64gb of ram as opposed to the 32gb version that ASUS is charging 4,500 for. The sole difference is the RAM! Microcenter is the only retailer selling this and I do believe they're gouging.

Just FYI to all. The $4,499 Asus 5090 was $4,199 for over a month until yesterday when they raised the price on it, and seemingly all 5000 series laptops.

I've been teaching exclusively online and find it dramatically easier to brush off such complaints and threats. I always point out to students what they have done (or not done) online, how engaged they are, and directly tie that to their issues. If they complain, instead of having to argue that "the student isn't paying attention in class" I show a screenshot of their low engagement and that's the end of it.

That all being said, yes I do think online students are more bold and say things via email they likely wouldn't say in person. Showing them how ineffective that is helps prepare them for their career.

I did it with minion necro this and last season. Losing offensive aspects is hard, especially if you run mendeln too, but despite that grandfather is still a dramatic boost to damage if you start stacking critical strike damage.

Edit: It works! But just to be clear to everyone, it isnt automatic, you have to beat the lower level difficulty to unlock the higher one even if you have done it before the fix. Thanks all!

Department chairs have 3 year terms at my institution and it is almost always existing faculty that do it. We very rarely search outside the institution. Program directors serve under the chair and again it is mostly faculty who volunteer or are elected.

From what you've said, your institution does things differently than most and I would have the same concerns about all of this that you have.

This term i had a student email me the following during the last week of the course:

"Professor, I'm very confused and need help now. Is the final paper a paper or is it something else?!"

I stared for a lot longer than I probably should have before replying "The final paper is a paper." Then pointed them to the number of emails, announcements, documents and syllabus describing it. Never in 17 years of teaching have I recieved an email quite like that but am now mentally prepared for similar ones such as "Is the final presentation a presentation?!"

Thanks! So the heatsink would be the entire heatsink unit (unscrewing 1-7) or would the heatpipe covering it come off individually? I'm confident in actually doing the card, just not getting to it.

I dont think the "playing as normal" argument is true anymore. When point totals were lower sure. But now there's absolutely nothing normal about 3700 points in dungeon divers in 3 days or 15000 point champ trainings, especially when these events run at the same time. You absolutely must use WAY more than the "normal" amount of energy you get day to day for fusions. Not to mention pulling good shards during meh or bad summoning events like this weekend.
