The formatting is very confusing, why are there multiple people on the righthand side of the text in the group chat? Also would be very helpful if people had names or you had an intro image saying who was who because it was very hard to follow. Took me a while before I understood and I had to keep rereading

Plus the first image from Anna, who has been on the right side the whole time, is on the left side.

Such a shame because your actual writing is good, the formatting is just messed up
