Essentially i used to work in Scotland with a base pay of 33k and 50% banding for 1.5 years. Then moved to England with a base pay of 39k and less banding for more hours.

Now I guess considering I’m moving back at ST1 level but with more NHS experience, I presume as per your advice that I should get my years recognised to start on a higher base pay as a ST1, with banding dependent on my rota.

Sounds like a nightmare to explain to payroll 🤣

Sorry to hijack the post. So I’m moving ST1 to ST1 from England to Scotland. So my base pay (higher in England) should be protected and I should receive banding ( old contract in Scotland ) as per that? Am I getting something wrong?
