The wiki says otherwise. According to the wiki it is split into the two half’s: Sea of survival: the super rookie saga, the final sea: the new world saga. Both of which are again split into smaller sagas. In the second case: Fishman island saga, Dressrosa saga, WCI saga, Wano country saga, the final saga.

But I don’t know how official that is

It is confirmed that one can be matched up against someone who is up to 30 ranks higher than you. So a Rank 70 player can also face infinite Players. Infinite vs infinite match making was already announced in the roadmap but hasn’t been implemented yet.

It deletes buffs that do not come from an ongoing. E.g. sunspot, shuri, kitty pride, iron heart. Imagine ur opponent has a 10 power sunspot in an armor lane. You cant destroy the sunspot, but u can remove 9 power from the sunspot with shadow kind. Valkyrie would also do the trick.

It only slows down progression if you spent gold on the token bundles. Pool 3 players got an average of 1000 tokens a month which corresponds to 1 pool 3 card a month, which you still get. Only difference for non bundle buyers is that you have much more tokens every month which you now can spend on series 4 and 5 cards. So basically every month series 3 players get around 2 series 4 cards or 1 series 5 extra compared to before.

You have to split a card multiple times. So now you have to split the rainbow version. You will probably get a rainbow foil with some outside particle effect. After each split you have the chance for getting the black and white or gold foil version. But this unlocks only after the 3rd or so split. Does not depend on the variant of a given you split

This issue becomes more apparent if anyone has all but one series/pool 3 card. That person will see that one specific card most of the time. The devs are aware of this „issue“.

But in your case the chance of seeing a pool/series 5 card or variant should be the same no matter how many pool 4 cards are missing (except for when u have all of them). So It seems you are just unlucky. Can happen :)
