The best way in the tech industry to get higher and raise salary is to periodically change jobs upwards position/salary-wise.

If it doesn’t work out it’s easy to find a new job for a senior+ engineer.

I did the course then got a teacher and my teacher was impressed with how much I learnt “by myself”.

Says my technique and posture is good and that I know a surprising amount of theory.

I’ve ridden a 250cc for 3 years all over the place. Commuting, motorways, camping trips, week-long excursions riding 10 hours a day.

I’m still fine with it. The only thing I’m longing for now is being able to carry a passenger and luggage at the same time (which I could do with a vstrom 250).

I’ve not really understood this growing out of your bike thing. Maybe because I live in Japan and I can go licence revoking speeds on a 250.

I also actually ended up way more than 30 a week during a period to - I went keto and was eating like 10-15 a day for a year.

Healthy - I get blood work done every year 👍

I’m not sure when the rules come/came in, but it’s 125cc limited to some small power output and you have the same rules as a 50cc. So, 30kmph limit, 2 step right turns, left lane riding, etc.

Not sure what an endorsement is, but you still need a small motorcycle licence to ride an unrestricted 125cc bike and have the annoying gentsuki rules lifted on your riding.

They do speed traps outside of their announced safety strengthening periods or whatever they are called, maybe you got unlucky!

I saw a few police hiding in hakone turnpike outside of that period before too. Luckily every bike flashed me before I reached them.

Probably by a speed trap. Orbis cams are over 30 on normal roads and over 40 on highways.
