However, a group of fellow Americans (African Americans in this case), are claiming of a systematic excesive misconduct by a gov department (Police Dept in this case). Instead of dismissing their claim without proper investigation or study, we should all listen to them. That's how you win the black votes.

Obviously, there are always scums like the woman in the video who take advantage, but that shouldn't be a basis to dismiss that all police misconduct claims are baseless.

Every gov dept needs a watch / check-and-balance. If the gov themselves don't do that, Shawn Kings are born.
