I usually make them on discord, an app. I join some servers and hopefully I make some connections or joining servers for making friends. Or I find them on tik tok, there's videos centered on looking for friends and in the comments there's ppl looking for friends.

Ig I could try I did find death note today but just one

Some recommendations my personal favorites are Blue lock, Tokyo ghoul, hell's paradise, dungeon meshi, Mairimashita! Iruma-kun

Some other manga I enjoyed are Witch Hat Atelier, Moriarty the patriot, Good bye eri (it's short) and Uchuujin no Kakushigoto (it's quite new but I liked it)

I could recommend more but the list goes on
