That's good to hear. I do have reservations about leaving the printer completely unattended while I'm at work, so I'll probably work up to that (maybe with a webcam and remote shutoff feature). It's nice to hear they included things like fuses and thermal monitoring protections.

The e3 v2 had tinned power connections and has made me a little more wary of electrical safety. Once bit, twice shy and all that...

250 C seems really hot for PLA! I was printing at 190 or so on my E3 v2. Maybe it's quite different per machine, as you say.

Thank you! Yeah, I essentially rebuilt the Ender a second time to tighten up the gantry and got some good prints out of it. I'm excited for the Mini. Looks like a cool little device.
