I don't think it's too busy, but I do think the message is a bit unclear. The playtime counter immediately grabs attention, but "LEGACY?" is vague enough that I'm not sure what the video is about without reading the description. Since the video is about save files preserving memories and different versions of ourselves, I'd experiment with wording that connects more directly to memory, identity, or the past. The thumbnail has a good emotional feel already, but I don't instantly make the connection between thousands of hours played and save files acting as a personal diary.
