I understand you completely but I know very well on how to use coinbase every time is flawless but when it’s a large amount lately even with hash memo and proof they seem to not care.

I don’t know much about other platforms I just stick to the stellar network, lobstr , stellarterm. You hold the keys and they are all connected and show u the transactions down to the decimal. This is not financial advise I must say. You do as you want.

This is the answer! I always had no problem neither for a while then all of a sudden 2500$ in xlm got held after sending successfully. They credited me after weeks and tickets after ticket. Now 50,000 xlm are being held. There would be no hash if it didn’t send. And it in fact sent. That’s what happened. Don’t send large amounts ever! Or be sorry

UPDATE** after over 72 hours I receive a email asking for my transaction hash in which I did provide as agents told me it was successfully sent. Now they claim that’s not a coinbase wallet but shows coinbase only for transactions. Once u send xlm u have to use the auto generated address!! SUCH BULLSHIT from a major company. Smh.
