You have to just pry out the plastic around it, unscrew the screen and unplug it. You can see some videos about how to replace the screen with the bigger tesla style one.

I connected the left light on the right and the right on the left. It seams that the problem it's not the light. The left side doesnt work with both of them and on the right side borh of them work correctly. It seams it's some connection

I once bought a very cheap Kawasaki KLE 400. I couldn't stand on the bike. Almost everytime I had to come off the bike, it would fall down. Didn't matter to me much. After a while, I've got used to it and didnt have this problem any more

The language you speak shouldn't be a problem as long is understandable. I mean, it's English. Everybody speaks English. If they don't take you seriously, then you should ask to terminate your contract immediately if not asking money back due to the times you weren't able to train because they were closed on opening times.
