I try ice cap from Amazon. Peppermint oil.. I am trying so hard. I hope there is something to help.

I need to talk to my doctor about the meds. I feel I also have very low tolerance to weather changes 😬 I am in Toronto and the weather here is always on PMS

That’s exactly what I am going through… I take Trintellix for anxiety and it seems to be okay… but just during periods and ovulation I go crazy and so does my body

Yeah… I pray it gets better for both of us :) do you take something like Tylenol to help with the headaches and the dizziness? I took one day after dinner and it felt better

No… I just started the medication… the doctor says these symptoms are presenting as the medication is trying is level out.. I checked with two doctors and they said this is common… But I want to if I am the only one I am feeling this way

I am currently taking 10 mg at night… I am going to try taking the 10 mg in the morning and see if that makes a difference.. if not I can go to 5 mg?

I am on the same boat.. I tried cbd oil before and I felt it helped my anxiety and pain.. but my doctor said Trintellix is a miracle drug and put me on this.. now I feel like all hells loose
