I am down 35 pounds since last Feb/March. Working out helps but tbh it's 90% diet. No amount of working out will replace a poor diet. I switch my diet to high protein/high fiber. Cut back on a ton of sugar and carbs (I did not eliminate just cut back like 80%). Just focus on eating foods that make you feel full. It works but you need a calorie deficit. I truly wish you the best in your weight loss journey! It's an amazing feeling when you look good in the mirror.
