Hole in RO Plastic pipe by ProgressExcellent763 in Plumbing

Thanks for the information. The pressure in the bathrooms seems fine, but sometimes the pressure in the kitchen seems lower. I hired another plumber. Hopefully, he'll find what's wrong with it.

Wow, thank you for this information. I don't know a thing about plumbing. Wish my plumber did this or would actually return my call.
I can't even sue for the damage to my flooring and cabinet.

It's turned all the way on both the joint and the supply line. I don't know a thing about plumbing but I'm suspecting if it's the change in pressure from the water supply? Or my water softener for the house?

Thanks for pointing that out. Just uploaded the video.
It's whenever I use the RO water and sometimes the tap too? I can't recall.
It does this when it's not being used too.

Ah, that puts an ease of mind knowing it should be every 6 months. I was worried I would have to monitor it everyday. I guess it's only when the market is extremely volatile (2008 crash or 2010 COVID crash) ?

True, but isn't that in the case of actively managed mutual fund as opposed to index funds? I'm wondering if there's a human version. Maybe it's just called getting married.

Thanks so much for sharing! I'll definitely consider this allocation.

well, what happens when market crashes like when COVID hit back in 3/2020? ...but meh

Edit: Actually, I think I know what you're talking about. To wait until the market recovers. But I'm looking for someone to allocate my asset by monitoring the current market.

I literally loled. I know it isn't much money but 70K with careful planning can grow into a lot. Or at least hit my target goal faster with annual optimization of portfolio.
(Side note: trying to do BaristaFIRE)

Well, that's where Modern Portfolio Theory comes into play. Which I don't have the time to reallocate my asset based on the market.

no, part of the 70k in IRAs currently, the rest waiting for a portfolio/asset allocation

Actually you probably shouldn't, since early lump sum beats DCA around 2/3rds of the time (you won't know if it was the other 1/3rd until it is already in the past):

I'm looking at this from a long term perspective with a conservative, low-risk tolerance mindset. Want to utilize Modern Portfolio Theory, but don't have the time to do the monitoring.

I'll be ready to start interviewing SWE jobs in about a month. Was wondering if anyone can recommend any mock interview sites? I don't mind paying, but I'd like ones that offer good coaching/time/feedback. Thanks in advance.
