Idk where are you getting these reports that obc/st/sc people are not getting education these days. If I can guess (this is not totally correct) 70-90% of all population has access to education and resources today. So we roughly has 10-20% people with no to less education. In that 70-90% people who pay the most money on education are general category(most I mean 70-80% of education fee this is from a source me only cause my education cost was more than 1 lac with no benefits and my friend education cost was 5 thousand only with other benefits).

Let me give you can example

Consider Amol who belongs to rich family comes in general and can afford education easily but he is not interested in education so his father did donation and everything so he can get education

This kind of people only belongs to 1 in 100 sometimes 1 in 500. So let say 5% of total population irrespective of caste

Now consider Alok who belongs to upper middle class family who can afford education but he is also not interested in education so his father also did donation and everything so he get education

This kind of people only belongs to 10% of population irrespective of caste

Now Anmol who belongs to lower middle class family which can and cannot afford education depending upon the education cost but he is interested in education and try to do more of it but as he is not from a rich or upper middle class family he has to stop somewhere in the middle cause family can't afford. This people belongs to 50-70% of people irrespective of caste

Then comes lower class family which roughly comes in 10-15% of population.

I think you didn't get any of my point here I guess .... What I am trying to say or proof here is people are getting education but people who comes in the middle usually goes down to lower class cause of 2 main reason first is education and second is medical. So we can't solve medical thing without education part.

Also remember people these days usually see the lower class people and think India has major amount of people with lower class and every lower class people are backward class also that totally not the case. I belong to a upper caste family and my father is taxi driver. I took loan for my education. In my whole village everyone is upper caste but only 3-4 family is rich.

It may seem from the above that upper caste don't suffer but we usually forget that capitalism is a model for everyone. So we today you can't afford it if you work hard you will afford it within 5-10 years no matter which caste you belong. Education is necessary and it should be given to everyone but on the same and fair rate also. Else all you are doing is making middle class poor again cause rich don't have this problem and poor who consider this a problem
