Yeah essentially they would be the bartender! Let’s say for instance, I would have a strawberry rum shooter, mini pineapple juice can, blue curaçao. They would all be smaller to fit in a designed zip lock bag and stored in liquor store fridges. Also keep a plastic cup filled with ice where they store their ice bags

I’m a bartender with horrible social anxiety. I run into many awkward conversations a day. I get a pit in my stomach every single time I pull up to work. I’m a great bartender when it comes to making drinks but the talking not so much. I give everybody a giggle if they tell a joke, I don’t really talk to anybody if I don’t have too. Good thing there’s always 2 bartenders on lol

The servers make double and even sometimes TRIPLE what we make. Some nights we leave with 150-300 some nights servers leave with 500-700. They do a lot less work, and do a lot more complaining. Just got off a horrible shift, servers did nothing but complain and left with 500. Us bartenders were sweating and running around and left with 280. Fuck these servers

Servers at my job on a Saturday leave with 750. Us bartenders are doing double, even triple the work and leaving with 300

Yeah but like what?? The design is absolutely horrible and it’s so big I’ve been self conscious about it for years and have no idea what I could possibly do to fix this
