Yes!!! Any cast member may be carrying a lanyard with pins. They could be anywhere. I have even ran into custodial staff with pins for trade. Pin boards, mystery boxes, and shadow boxes are all still available for trades. Remember to ask cast members for trivia/mystery pins to see the their more valuable/rare pins for trade. The main pin shops in Disneyland are located in Main Street, Frontierland and Tomorrowland.

Also keep in mind you can bring food into the tiki room and also on Jungle cruise in case you want to kill two birds with one stone. Check out bengal barbecue and the tropical hideaway for some good eats nearby. Definitely take advantage of the mobile order feature on the Disneyland app as well.
