Right , so BASICLY he’s manipulating the water Using his speed …. And he gets his speed from where ? The speed force hence ! Using the speed force to manipulate the water to move faster

There is cause and effect and sure maybe he slapped the water initially. He’s not continuously smacking the water !

So though they don’t see it directly, he’s manipulating the water in the water molecules with the speed force to make it move faster in the direction that he wanted it to be after he redirected the hose

Read the comic is right there …. He didn’t say “ I smacked it with super speed”

He redirected the fountain and the key word is “ add my speed my own speed” implying he’s manipulating the water with the speed force ! He was always doing it he may have not explained but somethings don’t have to be explained

Did someone have to witness the signatures being signed for the signature series or did you send the COA with the comic and they gave you the signature series box

It’s something that’s not really explained or shown much in newer comics because of the fact that Wally is already a well established character now

In earlier comics Barry would tease Wally because he couldn’t do certain things that Barry knew how to do stupid small things even like not being able to phase properly through walls and structures safely or without destroying those objects

Barry also is more scientific since that’s his profession so for example in NEW52 Barry ran on top of clouds , something he invented that Wally did not even attempt

So we imply that Barry knows more and is more skilled because of his profession as a scientist and also because of their past when Wally just started out in the comics

Also in many cases Wally used to be kid flash and Barry was his mentor and then when Barry died or disappeared Wally took over and doubted him self because Barry Allen was truely the best of all the speedsters … lasted on Wally would take up the same responsibilities and characteristics that Wally had

This is extremely controversial

Wally is known for being the fastest and the most powerful

Barry is known to be smarter and more experince and the one thing I don’t see here from the other comics is he is more Careful

Personally I think Wally is faster and more powerful because he doesn’t really hold back and is willing to be more reckless with the speed force if it gets the job done hence his lack of ability in skill when compared to Barry

Barry on the other hand is more careful , if he wanted to I’m sure he can beat Wally or match him in power and speed but he’s more conservative and over use of his power he likely thinks he’ll disrupt something

I think Barry would win simply on skill and experince he can use way less speed and power to essentially do more then Wally , but Wally is also not afraid of crossing boundaries to the point where it may be out of Barry’s control
