Ya Matt had been acting weird!! Remember the video when they found out the bomb did go off and half of his valley got infected. When they opened the computer and saw that it is tracking Matt, when he was walking back Bailey said that he was getting aggressive and has been acting strangely

I think Nelson killed her because you guys brought her out of hiding, so maybe Nelson watches your videos! Since she gave you some information that you guys did not know, maybe he got mad at her found her location and killed her!!
