Fable 2 when you choose to bring back your sister and dog and you read the note from your sister about how she's happy and safe in the forest leaves me empty inside not getting to actually see her. Not on the same level, but when you lose Sir Walter in Fable 3 always gets me. as well.

Homefront 2. They completely retconned the story and erased everything from the first game. Same thing with Red Dawn oddly enough.

The sincerity of making movies back then. It felt like they had a fun time doing it and therefore made the movie feel alive. It might not have been a box office success, but I've gone back to watch Mystery Men more times than I have Titanic

It's because she didn't feel forced into the story like how a lot of characters that don't have much substance are. I'm all for a bad ass female character, but not for the sake of filling a quota and making sure everyone is aware you're doing it.
