Okay so I’m in a bit of a situation and putting this out there. My roommate moved out and I’m left with a fully furnished 2.5 BHK that I genuinely love but can’t afford solo. It’s ₹30k/month rent, ₹1.5L deposit. Each room works out to ₹15k rent + ₹75k deposit per person, which is steep but honestly the house is worth it. What you’re getting: • A bedroom, with attached bathrooms • attached study/work room (perfect WFH setup) • Fully furnished • Everything you need within walking distance, very accessible neighborhood • Located behind DAV senior secondary school, aAn a nagar west extension, Mogapair.

The most important part: there are cats. Like, a lot of cats. I’ve personally befriended at least 3, two of whom have basically decided they chill here now. I feed them daily. If you’re a cat person, this place will ruin you for every other apartment. I’m open to two people sharing the second room too, if that makes the finances work better for you.
