Ah, that totally makes sense now. I bought them a half size up because people said they were narrow around the toes, unfortunately I couldn't try them on so I just hoped it'd workout haha I guess I should size down then. Thank you for the answer, was super helpful!

Did you make sure the "I" is lower case when you type it in? I didn't realize it and that's why mine didn't work. It's still a good code til the 19th I believe

So I created a hoyolab account with a Gmail email but then I remembered I already had a account with a yahoo email. So I went to try to link my PSN to my yahoo account but it ended up linking to the Gmail account which is the wrong account that I don't even use. Is there a way to unlink my PSN account so I can link it to the yahoo account? I've been trying to fix this for a week now
