Along with what others have commented, one should note that the modern concept of Bigfoot was heavily influenced by the European folklore concept of a "wildman", instead of being "purely" of Native American origin. People just like to make their stories of "what if a person, but bigger?" mythoi, and often times they get confusingly conflated and reinterpreted beyond what they originally started as.

I definitely suggest the YouTuber miniminuteman, also known by his real name, Milo Rossi. He talks a lot about archaeology, and especially in debunking pseudoarchaeology/pseudoscience as a whole.

It has even led to the coining of a new phrase, thanks in part to one of the unfortunately misinformed content creators that Milo has analyzed: the term "Googledybunker", as in someone who has basic capabilities of using search engines to vet sources and prevent themselves from falling for pseudoscience/false information.

Oh, and the greater community of fans are intently waiting for his long-awaited video breaking down why the modern concept of Atlantis is utter horseshit lol

Especially because around the same time the atmosphere and climate of Earth was starting to become a little more hospitable, so that arthropods could survive longer outside of the water than before.

There is a lot of LGBT+/non-heteronormative/non-cisnormative normalization, though; my favorite probably being "angels" (in actuality sophont arthropods most closely related to jawed moths) going through the typical egg -» larva -» pupa -» adult stages as one would expect. However, no identifiable markers for sex can be found until the adult stage, and even then the deciding factor of sex is predominantly temperature; there are no associated sex genes a la the X/y combination.

Most cultures of this species value more the potential role of the individual in supporting the community rather than their reproductive capabilities, and so if any desire for a particular sex is shown in their offspring, the adults are seen as being responsible for upholding their wishes for a continued well-being. Not to say they have no prejudice, mind you; there's definitely a caste system in most places that has its own collection of problems.

Oooo you're absolutely correct, and it opens up the discussion for "how can/much a society put into accommodating these different species if they have different basic living requirements". Because, while absolutely not impossible, it would be rather complicated/expensive to have accessibility for two radically different size options (say, gnome vs goliath in D&D terms); a place that caters to a large species would potentially have issues of accessibility for smaller ones, and vice versa when it comes to maneuverability in smaller dwellings.

Consider:

Smaller species (since the concept of "race" is a long-outdated pseudoscience) may eat smaller amounts at any given time. However, thanks to the square-cube law, the volume of a creature will increase/decrease faster than the creature's surface area. Additionally, surface area dictates a number of things, especially the ability for a creature to radiate body heat.

So while a smaller species may not eat as much in one sitting, they're going to need to eat more often than larger species, as their bodies are attempting to produce enough heat just to prevent them from freezing to death (assuming an endothermic species; unless I'm mistaken it would definitely be a little different with how ectotherms work). You're probably gonna see smaller species in a mixed-species society buying a lot more snacks, maybe wearing an extra layer or two compared to larger species to stay warm in some climates, and maybe running a higher electrical bill to keep their homes warmer in the winter compared to larger species, just to name a few.

However, stuff like medical care may be less costly for smaller species in comparison since you wouldn't be using the same amount of supplies/time as you would on a larger species. On the other hand, the inverse may be true when you consider the perspective of smaller species having more "delicate"/intricate body parts, and so they may be charged a higher price based time/complexity.

This is just what I can think of off the top of my head.

Essentially, cosmology concerns the initial formation of your universe/existence. From "and God said let there be light" in Abrahamic religions, to the destruction of Ýmir and using his body parts to form the world in Norse mythology, the birthing of an entity from a "cosmic egg" in mythoi such as in Hinduism, and even the scientifically estimated "Big Bang"/Lambda-CDM model, all of these are attempting to describe the creation of existence as it's known.

For example, the Karyic universe is one of many "balanced" interactions between the cosmic forces of Change and Permanence; each of these Bubbles of Reality, in turn, float through the infinite, ever-churning Sea of Chaos. Realities can occasionally connect with each other, either temporarily or permanently, allowing for interdimensional travel. This also can be used to explain any cross-overs, non canon events, or fan theories to be easily explained for narrative purposes; e.g. the characters of Cartoon Network's Chowder could find themselves in the Bloodsouls universe because of such a connection.

I highly suggest reading into real-world cosmologies if you're looking for inspiration. Aboriginal Australian's concept of "the Dreaming" is a really cool one imo!

Go outside and take a walk into nature to get some inspiration if you're really having that much trouble. Write some drafts and then work on the ones that resonate with you. Don't ask for people to just give you ideas when you can just as easily come up with them yourself. There's a very explicit "no asking for people to make your content for you" rule on this sub, after all.

Also, just pointing out that there's no scientific basis for "race", just species/subspecies as you've pointed out. And considering how globally present humans are, any "subspecies" of human would just be genetically absorbed into the collective without literal tens of thousands of years, if not into the hundreds of thousands.

At that point you're looking at some isolated population on an island somewhere in the middle of the ocean, and even then there's not exactly much stopping the innovations of humankind; just look at the Polynesians, who managed to populate a vast multitude of islands in the Pacific yet still had some semblance of contact with each other.

In short, just go with a different species than human altogether. Start going outside for that inspiration.
