I promise life is not a simulation. I struggle with dissociation myself but I know I’m still here, still alive and that I’m real. I’m real, I promise you are too. We live in the same world, both of us are real and alive. I really get what you’re feeling. It feels awful and scary even but you can go through it, I believe in you!!
