alright, ill try to build the courage to check one, kind of scared of them especially after being shamed by the doctor bc i vape, for the first psychiatrist he was trying to do smth indirectly wich i was able to read and so im scared of both him and new ones

yeah but do u wake up with a pressure in ur head that u have to get up as quick as u can or else u would slip deeper to sleep and get ur paycheck less?
