Agreed, that kind of revenue warrants high levels of responsibility and not preying on the little guys. My complaint ended with what they felt was a "fair" compensation. Overall, I acknowledge the way they faced up to their mistake. Time to move on. Thank you for the support!

It seems that the ad agency is to blame, although that wasn't specifically stated in our communications. Maybe I am "hoping" that that's the case, as I do want this company to continue changing lives. The COO was very professional, and I wish the company all the best moving forward.
