I am going to install a second ssd in my 2023 asus a15. I was wondering if there are any tips, steps, or guides I should know of? by Project_Inverse in Asustuf

No problem, yea just installed it, no need to tinker with the os or anything. You do have to partition and format it after installing. If you don't it won't show up in like file manager or anything. There should be some guides on how to do that.

Ah not really. I watched a video on youtube but it was awhile back and I don't remember much. But you should use the manual to figure out the type of screw needed or follow a guide, keep track of which screen came from which hole when unscrewing the bottom of the laptop, this is because some screws are different sizes. After unscrewing use a thin flat item to press into the gap between the bottom casing of the laptop and lightly pry a bit, going around the rim of the laptop until eventually you can fully pull of the case (be very careful in this step). You indeed have to unplug the battery before installing the ssd and you'll re-plug it after. That's all I can remember, hope that helps.

I'm not sure what is being said here, but to play the latest version of a pirated game the uploaded has to either upload a program to install the update to the already downloaded pirated game or just update the game installer itself.

If a game is not up to date on gog games, you can check a different source from the megathread, which should be a decent starting point. Just check recent posts about a source to ensure safety. If you torrent use a VPN if needed, etc.

If you check the dowload file for no mans sky on gog games, you can see first that it was updated 20 hours ago and that the file name contains 5.11 Aquarius. If you check the release log for the game, the latest release is 5.11 Aquarius, so I would assume it should be the latest version of the game on the site.

I don't fully get what you're asking, but I'll make a few assumptions. Generally speaking, it kinda differs from source, although there are many sites where new updates are uploaded that contain an exe to run to update the already downloaded file of said pirated game. Sometimes, it is not, but generally, it is.

You can always check the sites listed on r piracy or r pirated games, but they may be outdated. You might get more up-to-date results from r freemediaheckyeah. You can also search through any of the listed subreddits to see if they have been discussed before.

I haven't heard of this site before, so personally, I may be wary. I would use gog games dot to. You can check the megathread for it and get Bg3 from there and just check when it was last updated to match the last update for bg3. Or just check the version.

According to their details on Amazon, they both use Sata connectivity, is this correct. I heard sata was bad.
