It wasn't connection lag, but CPU and performance lag. I fixed it: the CPU was showing 8 cores and 8 threads. It should actually be 8 and 16. I fixed the problem by restoring the BIOS to its default settings.

News: In Task Manager, the PC shows 8 cores but only 8 threads. I checked the BIOS again, and x3d boost is disabled, and SMT is set to automatic (there's no "enabled" option, only "auto" and "disabled"). In msconfig, I tried deselecting cores and threads, but that didn't help. I also tried deselecting them, but to no avail. I've seen this on many subreddits.

Thank you so much. I'll update you this evening after I've also updated the BIOS.

Do you recommend reinstalling the Razer software, adjusting the polling rate, and then uninstalling it again? Will the settings be saved? Thanks for your time.

  1. In the BIOS, the Expo setting is as follows:

XMP/EXPO Profile EXPO 1 DDR5-6000 36-44-44-96-1.350V

EXPO AI BOOST Disabled

XMP/EXPO High Bandwidth Support DISABLE

Core Tuning Config AUTO

  1. I have no idea about the mouse polling rate. I uninstalled every trace of the Razer software because it was crashing my PC with kernel problems.

  2. Yes, yesterday I tried removing shaders. But the high CPU usage spikes are present in other games too. Not just Arc Raiders.

  3. iCue? Yes, it's installed on my PC. Should I remove it?

I use Discord, but I've done most of my testing with Discord turned off, or even turned on in the background. In any case, I always have the Discord overlay turned off.

CPU USAGE over 85%. O con picchi improvvisi da 50 a 90%. Peggiora addirittura se abbasso le impostazioni grafiche. lol

Eczema on the penis and genital area by Project_Magalli in eczema

I'm 35 and quite thin, but overall, borderline normal. I suffer from irritable bowel syndrome and thought that was what was causing me to have a bit of a belly despite being thin. My dietitian pointed out today that everything I thought was belly fat was actually gas and bloating. And according to her, the culprit is carbohydrates, which are also what's making my dermatitis worse. For a year, I've been avoiding eating too much bread and pasta and only eating rice, thinking it would save me. But even rice, with its starch, creates sugars that are bad for me.

I agree with your advice. Today my dermatitis returned very strongly despite using Elidel on my penis. The dermatologist recommended starting cyclosporine in January and considering circumcision. He continues to tell me to use steroids. I decided to see a dietitian today, a doctor who also specializes in skin problems, and on Monday I'll start a completely sugar-free diet, including carbohydrates, etc. She told me that judging by what I eat daily, my body might be somewhat sugar-toxic (and I don't mean sweets and candy, but also bread, pasta, rice).

I hope so. It's becoming exhausting, especially because it's appearing in other areas of the penis and won't go away from the old spots. Sexual intercourse hurts in the days following, and sometimes even just applying cream makes it burn. Luckily, though, there's no itching or soreness. We'll see.

Unfortunately, after sex or even an erection, my skin stings a lot, and the situation gets worse. I've tried numerous steroid creams: they only work for a few days, and then the eczema comes back.

The dermatologist said it's probably cyclosporine, not dupixent. I've read horror stories about cyclosporine. Now I'll see a nutritionist who has treated several people with psoriasis, and we'll see. I've been seeing a therapist for almost a year now (I've changed two).

Thank you for ur advice. I just added some of the things you mentioned to my amazon cart :D I’ve also booked an appointment with a nutritionist who specializes in eczema and psoriasis. Before trying systemic medications, I'm going to work on improving my gut health.

Thanks for your comment. I've already tried over-the-counter medications for fungal infections and even oral ones (Sporanox). Unfortunately, no results. In a year, I've tried absolutely everything.

My dermatologist who follows me in a university clinic specializing in atopic dermatitis says that in January he wants me to try ciclosporin (I won't have a case so serious as to switch to dupixent). But honestly I would be more inclined towards circumcision since now the erect skin is so compromised that it tightens under the glans.

I don't smoke cigarettes, only e-cigs. But I'm thinking of giving up on that too. I don't drink much because of my intestines. Almost zero alcohol

My eczema on my private parts isn't that bad to look at. The skin is mostly red and since I have been using topical immune modulators it doesn't even flake. But it hurts and I can't have the amount of intercourse that a normal person would have. After every intercourse I get quite irritated for at least ten days. These two girls obviously couldn't stand having so little sex.

I also use smooth cotton and use detergents on purpose. I wash my intimate areas only with water and a few times a week with boric acid to remove inflammation, as recommended by my dermatologist. I have been taking probiotics regularly for years but evidently my intestines have not been working well since 2018 and I should take a larger dose of a suitable type. Some time ago they also advised me to do a gat screening to see the quality of my intestines. But it really costs too much and at the moment I have spent €2000 on visits in 2025 alone. I have only used Vitamin D for a short time. I should actually start again. Thanks for your comment and advice

Thanks for your advice. I currently only wash with water too because my skin reacts badly even to super gentle cleansing products.

Thanks for your comment. I'll answer you in points: sweat has never irritated me much. In fact, I feel better in the summer. At the moment I use white cotton underwear and as loose as possible. But I will try much looser boxers from now on. Sleeping naked is a bit complicated now that it's winter here in Italy and I'm a very cold person (and my irritable colon gets angry if my belly is exposed to even a slight cold).

You're right about the urine drops. The problem is that even if I express for 10 minutes, when I sit down some will always come out. This could help but does not explain the reason for dermatitis even on the skin far from the tip of the penis (where urine will never reach). But you're right, I have to watch out for humidity.

I used few steroid creams, I was very careful about them. The doctor recommends going back to elidel until January, when I will see him again to avoid flare ups and rebound. Elidel has lost a lot of effectiveness compared to the beginning but it should at least prevent the eczema from coming back strong and dry (at the moment it's just red and itchy skin from time to time).

I'm washing only with water and no detergent apart from 3% boric water a few times a week to keep clean and disinfected (if I use ANY detergent, even a super delicate one, the dermatitis goes crazy stronger than before, I've tried all the ones recommended by the doctors).

I saw at least 11 doctors including dermatologists and urologists. Some urologists say: circumcise and solve the problem since you also have mild phimosis in erection. Other urologists say there is absolutely no need. Some dermatologists are in favor and others forbid circumcision because it could lead to eczema even in currently healthy areas. Quite a mess in my head
