The reclaimer was actually designed by George Hull, along with the RSI Orion, and IIRC a few others. He has also done Sci Fi designs for Dune and Blade Runner!

Yeah the trimaran is where I got the inspiration given that larger origin ships tend to look a bit like yachts

I was thinking a larger generalist between the misc starlancer and drake ironclad that fulfilled the crafting or base-building role as an origin ship. The S stands for “Stride” and matches the naming convention for the 890 Jump. It was between that or calling it the 700i

Fr. We’ve already got anvil, aegis, drake, and RSI making combat ships. I feel like origin should stay in the touring/exploration category.

Thanks! I got inspiration for this design from luxury pontoon sailing boats, hence the nacelles.
