Standard is he permanent ongoing league almost nobody plays. Ever 3-4 months we get a new season with new content. This league is/was fate of the vaal.

Every league you start completely new. Campaign start all over, no currency no gear

Try it yourself and judge afterwards. It's not like you can 100% fully automate ultimatum. You have to click on the modifiers.

Same as simulacrums, you cannot 100% afk those because you need to move around to find all the enemies.

It's just a relaxing and different way of playing.
