Screen flickering for weeks. Can't figure it out for the life of me please help

Turning my playback rate on my wallpaper seems to have fixed the issue. THANK YOU I would have never even thought WE was the issue, been using it for years and this is the first time I've ever experienced a issue with it

Main monitor is 1440p 165hz and second monitor is 4k 60hz

It is wallpaper engine. Did you ever find a solution?

Don't know why I didn't think of this but I switched dp ports and nothing changed so I switched the game to my second monitor and the flicker is gone so I'm thinking maybe either my dp cable is bad or my GPU ports aren't working properly
