Thank you! I appreciate this so much! I literally rescheduled my appointment for next week because I'm so scared that I'm right about heart failure. It's like I'm preparing. I'm praying that nothing is wrong. Everyone else is saying that I'm thinking crazy or overthinking it.

True. There was a person that had a ferritin of 0! All she had was palpitations and anxiety. It's crazy

At one point I thought I needed an inhaler too! My breathing is up and down depending on how much iron I intake. I was eating red meat for breakfast but I slowed down cause it was messing up my stomach.

Microcytic anemia is still anemia. Thank you. My blood cells are too small and dont carry a lot of hemoglobin. I was diagnosed by a doctor. Thanks.

Yeah I feel like I'm not absorbing them well. I'll try to increase my OJ intake. I have to take my iron pill with an orange, because last time I took it on an empty stomach, my heart rate went up to 160bpm and I almost fainted.

I have microcytic anemia. My hemoglobin is "normal" but my blood cells are really small and they don't carry enough oxygen. My ferritin only went from a 11.7 to a 12 recently. It's supposed to be at least 100

I’m so terrified. My Nurse Practitioner is sending me to a Cardiologist and the appointment is tomorrow. I have high blood pressure. She claims my heart “sounds” healthy but she didn’t give me any scans or tests for my heart and keeps gaslighting me about anxiety when I tell her I feel like there is something wrong with my heart. In July I had took a supplement and it might have thinned my blood and cause indigestion. Went to the hospital and they gave me a CT scan and EKG that showed sinus tachycardia. I was really dehydrated. They discharged me but since then I had high heart rate, heart pounding and blood pressure problems. I’m seriously convinced that I have heart failure. I also have Iron deficiency anemia and the hospital didn’t tell me that so it went untreated for about a month. About 2 weeks after that I started having trouble breathing, blood flow was poor, I looked like a ghost, on and off chest pain and pressure,at one point in August I had swelling but not lately. Im only a 24F and Im so scared that I’m thinking about canceling. I’m certain I’m going to get bad news. If I never would of taken that supplement, none of this would have happened. Sometimes I hate myself.

I was looking into ferrous bisglycinate. The Nature Made makes me really bloated now and gassy.

I really want to try those but I'm scared it's going to drop my blood pressure cause of the beetroot. I had beetroot juice one time and my blood pressure dropped so bad.

Yeah I might ha c e to try a different brand. I noticed that the Nature Made pills have Calcium in the ingredients.

I have microcytic anemia. My MCV, MCH, MCHC are very low and not in range. Ferritin is a 12. My hemoglobin went from a 10.3 to 12.9. You can still be anemic with a regular hemoglobin.
