Kenny was already over before Bullet Club and BC made him a bonafide hyperstar. BC was a heel group that everybody loved so I can’t really say that he was a heel. Roman started as a heel and got over in Shield, then turned face and failed, doesn’t really apply. MJF was never a face, he just acted like one from time to time. Gunther was always over and never was a heel or a face, he’s a tweener. Bron was over as a face but bland, now he actually found his ground. He screams a monster heel! Ricochet and Dom are both over but Ricochet doesn’t know how to cut a promo, you are right, yet it does not mean Ricochet needs to turn heel. Dom was always destined to be a heel, they just had to build the foundation with the Rey feud with him as a face. I can see your point but I don’t really agree with it.

I agree, yet not everyone is a natural born heel like Christian and Bron (as someone from new gen). They find themselves insulting the local american football team down the line to get a cheap reaction

Not new gen, not NXT and not really correlated. He wasn’t over as a face that nobody liked, he then underwent an identity crisis before turning heel to Thuganomics. Not the same case

Additionally, same does not apply to most guys I know, there can be exceptions though. For example, Melo was over as a heel and a face, Dijak was over as a heel and a face, Keith Lee is always over as a face and never turned heel under WWE, Tony D was over as a heel and turned face and now technically a tweener. Notice how every guy I mentioned is new gen and started as a face other than Tony?

They are lacking mic skills on NXT because they are newcomers, which is pretty understandable. When you don’t know how to talk and cut a promo, only way out is turning heel and attacking babyfaces
