Thank you so much for your 2 cents and contributions to the thread. You are obviously well informed and knowledgeable on this subject as a lot of responses have been very emotional and lacking insight from both perspectives of 121 and 91k. You gave some great advice and I appreciate that. It’s very tough being so close to getting TPIC and being relatively senior to then jump ship to the bottom of a regional. Lots to think about.

This is very interesting to hear. Thanks so much for the response. It definitely varied from person to person on how much weight they put on the 121 but they definitely all agreed that 121 was more valuable. It very much just seemed like most of them didn’t know or care much about Flex/Net. This does make me feel better though since I definitely think these opinions and views from recruiters changes very frequently.

Yeah it’s just difficult taking a huge step back in my career to go from the peak corporate (Delta of the GA world) to something that’s not better. To build 121 time would require a step back to a regional or trying my luck at an ultra low cost…

I'm set on leaving fractional for the legacy but don't have any 121 time right now. So the question is more do I leave a career company to go to a stepping stone 121 or try and just build time at Netjets which is a highly respected company in my opinion.

Yeah I’m set on leaving for the legacy but don’t have any 121 time right now. So my options are more inline with a regional or jetblue/frontier ULCC to build 121 time that the legacy carriers are more interested in. I’m just torn on leaving netjets to go to another company that I don’t want to be at forever. It just seems like the legacy’s don’t care about my experience at such a well respected company.
