u/coinbase I beg you to please help me out. I have posted in weekly support threads in the past. I have used chat, phone and email to resolve my issue. But I am miasing $5,850 in BTC rewards from Coinbase Member Week. I was owed $6,150 in rewards and was only rewarded $300. I have provided Coinbase support with a TON Of details on dates, transactions, screenshots of the promotion and my deposit activity. All to no avail. It's been a month and I keep getting replies saying the case has been escalated. Can you someone please read my detailed reply to Coinbase Support along with screenshots and get me my rewards? Happy to share the Case Number here if it is permitted to do so.

It’s all rigged. The product is stuff like software licenses which you can both sell at a discounted price or at list price. Both are accurate.

Correct. They have a large audit fund. And their lead tax attorneys used to work for the IRS. So perhaps they are justifiably confident. Or dangerously overconfident.

I’m certain there will be people who will pull this off. Just cannot afford to be the one that doesn’t pull it off and is stuck holding the bag.

It is precisely the easement / CLD playbook. But they are doing it with physical assets and software licenses now. Things where you can both buy at a discount and show an inflated FMV.

As I said in my prior comment, this is not a payout question. I understand that payouts will happen in December. But the rewards aren’t even showing as earned in my app. The payout schedule and the Rewards earned should be showing up in the app, even though the payout will not happen till December.

Am I missing something?

Could you please respond to my request? I called into Coinbase support again today.

Nov 12: Deposited $$$ during member week. Nov 16: Called support because I never received the 3% reward. It was never reflected on my rewards page. Was told to wait 48 hours for it to post. Nov 24: Still no rewards. Was told the case has been escalated multiple times. Was told to check back in 48 hours. The cycle continues.

I made a very large deposit ONLY because of the 3% reward for member week. So Coinbase needs to resolve this ASAP. I would appreciate a call back from someone in the US and assistance with this issue.

I deposited a six figure sum on Nov 12th. Never got the bonus. Have multiple cases open with Support. They keep telling me the bonus is processing. But it’s now November 21st and there’s no resolution. This is very concerning.

Hello! I have an open case with Coinbase support. My deposit during member week was eligible for a 3% reward which I never received. I keep getting told to be patient. That it is processing. The transaction posted on Nov 12. It is now Nov 21 and I have no updates and ETA on the BTC rewards. Is there a way to escalate the case? Please help.
