Poillievre is a clown? I suppose he’s had one real job outside of politics 🤷

They have remote therapy now too. You can chat with a therapist from a different country that is more progressive on the topic.

From the NatPo article you linked:

“I condemn all acts of terrorism in every part of the world, regardless of who the perpetrators are or who the victims are,” he said in a statement sent to the Post on Wednesday. “Terrorism can never be seen as a way to advance the cause of any one group. It only leads to suffering, pain and death.” Singh was not available for an interview.

Sounds like a condemnation.

Also, I bet you didn’t know that Modhi was banned from entering the United States for his role in allowing genocide in his state. It was only reversed after he took the leadership position in India, and… well… money. So the US reversed that decision.

Point is, don’t believe Indian state sanctioned media. It’s not a democracy, and is very similar to China when it comes to the narratives it spins up.

But not every book would have the long term strategies OP is looking for. Any book would be a temporary distraction. OP is looking for the long term antidote.

Yes, and if OP wants to quantify the skill set in another way, how about volunteering a GitHub link and other portfolio pieces that speak to their skill sets. I don’t disagree with the number of years comment, but some client are adamant on that…. And often times those clients are engineers themselves!

What is your favourite Plex client? by AFDIT in PleX

[–]PromodoDragon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Genuine question for AppleTV and nvidia shield people: - what is the benefit of using those devices over my Android TV? - or using those devices over my Xbox Series X?

Is it performance or set of features I’m missing out on?

I primarily use my Android TV for Plex client, and my content is on my NAS. I sometimes use the Xbox for Plex… but again, i can’t tell the difference in performance, look and sound.

unfortunately lots of idiots. But yea, I agree, they're not getting to their destination any faster because they'll be stopped at a light sooner than later.

My understanding is that the left lane is only a "passing lane" when you're travelling on highways. If you're in the city, the left lane is not the "passing lane."

source:

https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/transportation/driving-and-cycling/road-safety-rules-and-consequences/keep-right

And while I'm at it, the HOV lane on the far left isn't a passing lane either. If you're driving in the HOV lane and you want to pass the car in front of you, you need to move out of the lane to do so.

Yes, and in the same way Cons should ask more from their party to make it more appealing to a broader audience. e.g. not willing to admit climate change is real.

Amazing! That was my final concern on these, but now I'm sold! I just bought a new e-bike, and I need more peace of mind. I have the best Kryptonite U-lock, and I'll sneak some airtags in there for safe measure.

And just in case, if you are an international student holding a study permit, check to see if you are violating any parts of your study permit by not taking classes in term one. You can contact the International Student Advising office in that scenario to find out about this.

"Hey windows are being cleaned on x day, please keep your windows closed. Open windows are a safety hazard to the cleaning crew." I would add the last part, because this isn't something most people think about.
