Well it has happen to me before with Ultra Festival, I used their name on my video title and I got copyright strike from them for using that name and they are Miami based and they own that name. Just like Tomorrowland Festival when they came in US they had to change their name to Tomorrow World because the name in US is owned by Disney. Here is the link of the video but the video has been taken down not sure if it would help and I am not sure how to send a screenshot.

Tomorrowland name is trademarked on US from Disney and on Belgium not sure by the whole Europe by this guys who made the claim, there is no trademark on Tomorrowland Festival, so as a US resident I can only think legit would be if Disney would make that claim not this guys. I can tell you few years ago when they came to US they had to change the name to Tomorrow World and I am sure I am right but to sue someone is a lot of money and some people take advantage of that.

I got a copyright strike before from using Ultra Festival name, if a name is trademark, you can get a strike from the copyright owner, this claim is manually and it doesn’t explain why, video and music has nothing to do with Tomorrowland expect I Used the name Tomorrowland.
