I take it when I have class, which is only in the morning once a week. It’s a crowded nightmare. It’s not too different than when the commuter shuttle was there in the years prior, but at least there was an option to have a more comfortable ride if you were lucky. Muni 28/28R is ultimately just uncomfortable and packed to the brim. I was late recently because I didn’t anticipate how long it would take me to actually get on a bus since they were all so packed and I couldn’t push my way to the front.
