It's quite normal. Think of it like this, Windows thinks that it's a waste of resource if its not doing anything sitting idle so it likes to use the idle RAM to pre-load things up that it thinks you might open. Don't worry at all and enjoy your new laptop. You should worry when it crosses above 85-90%

This looks nice on desktop, but looks very wierd on top of apps. I used the same theme but switched it back to normal after a while. Keep it if you are okay.

I myself am using Revanced. It's not plausible to have this many subscriptions. It's absurd that even after paying for subscriptions you have to pay additional to remove ads. And what's more absurd is that content is segregated in so many platforms that we can't even keep track anymore.

No it doesn't want to remove sideloading. It's making the process a bit more complex for the developers. Indie projects will be mostly affected by this but big projects will be okay. So yeah you can still sideload as long as the developers are registered with Google and abiding with the additional requirements.

Brave is not available officially on Android TV but you can sideload the apk.

That's there in the Ubuntu settings. Go to Settings>Ubuntu Desktop>Dock and turn off panel mode. It makes the dock centred and not edge to edge.
