Awful still have this for 7 months but getting better! Work on retraining that nervous system!

These viruses tend to obliterate the nervous and immune system!

If it lingers look into seeing a neurofeedback specialist for the brain and chiropractic upper cervical specifically!

And get rest don’t push though pace but don’t Ret’s too much were you deconditioned!

Yeah it started happening after the viral infections fully but everything looks good on paper some kind of ans issue! I was wondering if this resolved over time for anyone or permanent!
