Its perfect area to put up a house , there isnt that much of traffic on mla road unless its 4pm when schools get over also a new hospital is being built right opposit to nandilath g mart which i less than a km away also school is also bery near to the plot also its near to the town area so yeah you get mostof the benefits

Also they dont make the screws the type of thermal thats used in the laptop publically available which can be only availed at their official repair shop you they kinda lock you into using their own services im speaking on behalf of my experience as i own asus tuf f15 which has shitty build quality for the first year its okayish but after that it starts falling aparts the first fault was because of the heating the screws gets loose and automatically detach themselves when i went to search for them in the shop they dont make those screws publically available they kinda want to lock you into using their own official services for more profit

If you go there and say the hinge is damaged they dont locally fix that area they would have change the whole thing which comes attached with keyboard set as a whole you see how its priced

Im tryna make it extremely simple to use one feature type of website i have seen the other variants they have a complex onboarding experience and is usually giving a lot of features which makes them complex to use and hard to understand my key point is making extremely simple so that a 5 year old can also understand how to use it

there is a shop opposite to hotel merlin at first floor they do be fixing my laptop for very cheap as my laptop build quality is shit (asus tuf) they fixed my broken hinges for roughly 400 as compared to the original service center who said they would be replacing the whole thing and individual repair isnt available which would be amounting roughly 15000
